The source is not available by default - in fact, some of them (mine
included) will probably launch real sites after this contest. I would
be happy to send you the code if you're interested, though. However,
I used Ben Curtis's sample OpenID base - it worked pretty well, though
I did have to make one small patch, which I would be happy to explain
if you're interested.

If you just want OpenID without normal logins too, you can just use
the open-id-authorization plugin by DHH. In the docs it says it only
works on Edge Rails, but I've heard that's no longer true.

BTW, using it, especially for contests like this where you have to
sign up for app after app, really rocks. I find myself getting really
frustrated in the judging if they don't have OpenID.
