Have you tried asking the dojo community for help?  This
mailing list
is more focused on a different javascript library called
behaviour.js
<http://bennolan.c
om/behaviour/>.  I don't see any code in your
example that uses behaviour, so it's a bit hard to give
advice.  I
suggest you check the dojo mailing list and perhaps the dojo
forums
and irc channel if they exist.
