character B missing

hi 

how come when I use danish keymap 4 my keyboard I can't use
the letter B 
when b works fine I've tried using the ASCII values to
provoke B to show but it
doesn't show when using vi I have no troubles with the
character

my console settings are 

LANG="da_DK"
KEYMAP="dk-latin1"
FONT="lat1-16"

if it has anything with them to do  ^^
