hi,
This is a bit off topic.i dont even know whether i should be
asking this here.
Basically i am building a component that currently
interfaces to the
parallel port.I used the excellent parapin library for
that.But
parallel ports are disappearing and my comp is one of the
few old ones
here that has one.
I wanted to shift to the usb port, but i dont know how to
access it at
a low level.I mean that i need to assert TTL high and low on
the logic
lines(like in a parllel port),and need to read ttl high and
low from
the lines as well.
But all libraries i came across on google only allow me to
send
data, get device id and so on(libusb included)..
Is individual pin control of the usb port possible at
all?If so
how?if it is'nt possible in linux ,is it possible under
win?
