This one is just for your convenience, it is not strictly
required.
The advantage is that you can modify this link when
upgrading and,
if you use it in any external references (like start-up
scripts),
you will not need to remember where they are. You may also
want
to use two links here, one to the client as well as the one
to
the server.

Is /var/www/html actually the "Document Root"? You
should be able
to confirm that from the documentation, or just drop an HTML
file
in that directory and see if the web-server will display it.
Has
your web-server been configured to follow symbolic links?
It would also be helpful if you could expand on the problem
that
you are experiencing. Is the main BB page being updated
correctly
(/home/bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/bb.html)? Is that page being
displayed
by the web-server? Does the file for the summary page exist
and
is it being updated (/home/bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/bb2.html)?
Cheers, Phil.
