Server **NOT** OK

I keep getting a yellow condition on an http check:
  http://abc.def.virginia.
edu/ - Server **NOT** OK
  Seconds: 15.79

I get this many times during the day.  The yellow
condition usually last for less than five minutes.
When I check the detail screen for this device, it
goes green before five minutes.  The device is an
Big-IP box from F5 that does load balancing for
six servers.  Any ideas?

The tipoff here is that number of seconds "Seconds:
15.79"...

If a webserver is taking 15 seconds to reply, there's a
problem...
