Ok I went back to simply relying on setting InnoDB as
default engine and
install went through without complains and all tables are
created as InnoDB.
However, if you tick debug option for install packages and
Permissions you
get errors shown like:

Query: INSERT INTO `bw_users_groups` (`user_id`,
`group_id`,
`group_name`,`group_desc`) VALUES ( 1, 1,
'Administrators','Site operators')
failed. Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key
constraint fails
(`bwall/bw_users_groups`, CONSTRAINT `users_groups_user_ref`
FOREIGN KEY
(`user_id`) REFERENCES `bw_users_users` (`user_id`))
1452: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key
constraint fails
(`bwall/bw_users_groups`, CONSTRAINT `users_groups_user_ref`
FOREIGN KEY
(`user_id`) REFERENCES `bw_users_users` (`user_id`))

Back to square 1 kind of...

Also I noticed by only installing the required packages,
nothing else, after
logging in as admin there is no 'Administration' menu. Is
this a bug or?

yettyn
