Help! My Sidebar Has Disappeared! - 2 new

I didn't change the template or any of the settings before
the side bar moved
down to the bottom of the blog. What I did do was try to
reload the template,
after it happened because someone suggested that might work.
No change though
when I did that. I did what you suggested and changed the
layout to only show

I guess this problem will never be fixed. First the sidebar
pictures were too
larges (a few months ago).... now they show up as too
small.... or off-center.
This happens even when the shrink to fit option is left
unchecked. In fact,
