Integrating a PHP script into my Classic template - 1 new

My blog uses a banner (jpg) as its header so therefore no
actual words are
seen/shown on the Template. Should I add the title of my
blog here: <title><

for Metatags. I have added
the title in Rich Text at bottom of page but of course could
remove that if I

"labels" listed in
alphabetical order, without "nesting". Has anyone
