Timestamp Format - 1 new

The choices (under "Settings"
"Formatting") for selecting a Timestamp are
quite limited. Why is that? You don't support European or
Japanese (24 hour)
formats unless I drop the date from the timestamp. And then
only if I select
the American version of date format. What I want for
Timestamp is as follows: -

box i cant save
