Displaying team members' names at end of post - 3 new

I am part of a team blog. We just started it. What I would
like to see is each
team member's name at the bottom of the post: "Posted
by blah, blah at blah,
blah." Currently it is not doing it. It only displays
one name, that of the
member that created the blog. I then tried to make a few
changes to the

Try removing chat box and see if sidebar comes back.
Otherwise increase width

Building a layout template from scratch - 2 new

I'm trying to build a template from scratch. I haven't been
able to find any
guidance from Google on what is the minimum set of
requirements that should be
present. I'm a little baffled that they don't make it
available and even
encourage unique and creative "skinning" as other
applications do to generate

Sidebar pushed down on IE - 5 new

Hi all, When I used IE, my sidebar is pushed down to the
bottom of the page.
With Firefox the sidebar stays where it should be. How can I
stop the sidebar

I see a wrench with a hammer at the end and off to the side
of each sidebar on
my blog. Why is it there and how do I get them to go away? I
am finished
editing my template but when I view my blog I can still see
