Photo upload in Header - 2 new

I've changed my browser to Safari and I was able to upload a
photo from my
computer and post it. However, I can't do the same thing for
my blog Header. I
get a pop up window that does not have a browse button. How
else do I upload

Our blog ([link]) is a two-person team blog, with one of us
on the political
left and one on the right. The posts sit in the middle. I
would like to figure
out a way to decrease the "white space" (actually
pale gray) on either side of
the content portion of the blog...but I want to be careful

I have tried doing this in several ways, and have searched
here, but haven't
had any luck--could someone point me to some not-too-tricky
way to get
different color titles for the posts written by the two
authors of my team
blog? Also, do you think that would look too busy or be too
complicated, given

my blog. I looked at the help sites and I swear they are
speaking another
language. i have all of my settings on show. the only thing
i can think of is
