identity thief as blogger

An unknown blogspot author is using my full name as the
title of a blog
that is focused on defaming me and violating my privacy. How
do I stop
this? Who do I talk to? Isn't this illegal? Help!

I would start by flagging the blog on the Web site. And if
they're
naming you specifically (and it's very clear that it's you
and no one
else), and what's being said meets the legal definitions of
defamation,
get a lawyer.
