Blogger not responding YET AGAIN

This problem has been plaguing me for days. After 10
minutes, my
browser still has a blank screen when I try to access my
dashboard. I
tried asking the so-called "help group" but no one
has given me an
answer. And of course Blogger is incompetent as usual. So
what do I do
to be able to post on my blog again?

Refreshing the cache didn't work.
