Page Element in Blogger

When I click on layout, the "Add Page Element"
option is missing.

My exisiting page elements are still there, able to be
edited.

But there's no way for me to add new page elements.

Someone please HELP!!!

I would suggest you try using a different browser. This
strategy
solved a lot of varied problems for me (and others). Someone
over at
the Google Blogger Help group complained of the same problem
- can't
see Add a Page Element. I suggested using another browser.
She came
back saying by doing so, she managed to see the Add a Page
Element.
