How exactly do you put hyperlinks into a comment? I'm using a "classic" template but with New Blogger.
Thanks.

And don't forget to preview your comments to make sure the
links work
before you publish.

If you want to boost your Alexa score, you can also provide
an Alexa
redirect within the url you list in the comment.

Blogger comments automatically receive a nofollow tag
(Google's doing)
so you will get no linking benefit from a link a comment on
blogger.
However, you will likely get a visit from the person that
owns the
blog to check out your link, and if you provide valuable
and
substantive comments you may also attract other readers of
the blog to
visit as well.

your Alexa

Hi Brett,

I'm lost, what is a Alexa redirect. I'm reading stuff that
is like
another language to me. Can you tell me is there a blogging
course or
buzz words I should be aware of.

Sylvie, Australia

Regarding the NOFOLLOW attribute for comments, refer to this
post for
instruction on how to remove it:
http://blogger-tricks.blog
spot.com/2007/05/improving-link-popularity-and-pagerank.html

This will be useful if you, like me, often refer to your own
posts in
responses to comments. It will also encourage vistors to
comment if
you let them know about it (that you have removed it).
