Does the Blogger staff delete blogs without permission?

I ask because last night, I woke up to find "page not
found." I
quickly re-signed up to blogspot with the same URL to let me
visitors
know that I'm moving. But I'm still curious, does the
blogger staff
delete blogs with no warning or anything?

Blogger blocks blogs that their robot suspect as being spam
blog.
Either the owner have to do word verification to post, or
they cannot
post at all, or I believe they may sometime receive a
warning message
(I don't really know about this as I have never receive any
such
message). To the best of my knowledge, Blogger do not delete
blogs
without warning, but then, perhaps my best is not enough.

I guess they thought my blog was a spam blog even though I
always
enetered in the verificiation word correctly everytime. Is
there a way
to get the blog back rather then searching yahoo &
google's cache?

Blogger Support have made themself very hard to contact but
it is not
impossible, as indicated by the feedback (posted right at
