Can't post to my blog

How do I add additional postings to my own blog? I have a
blog on
blogspot.com and can't figure out how to add additional
posts to it.
Do I use the "Comments' area?

I'm not normally so inept but I can see nothing on my blog
page to
assist me with this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much .

you have to log in and press on the button saying
"create new post"
