my blog is closed for public, why?

it says that its under review for possible blogger terms
violations.
is this a usual procedure bacause its a new blog or
something else is
going on?
and what could be the reasons for such an act? both of my
walls are
closed for public only i can see them

Hi there!

I don't think it is normal procedure! It must be something
else....
What you should do is to leave as many messages as you can
on the
Group Help until Google answers you! Ask them why would they
do such a
thing, and what did you violate exactly! Don't forget to
explain
exactly what happened...
But someone more experienced may come along, and give you
nice
tips !
