Willi is correct. They can subscribe to the feed, but first,
you need
to put the feed subscription button on your blog. I am in
the process
of preparing a post on that at

d-for-your-blog.html
but it is not finished yet because I have some higher
priority tasks
to do first.

One thing you may have to do is to set your feed to full, in
which
case they don't have to visit your blog. If you want them to
come to
your blog to read the full message, you will have to set it
to short.
