I don't see why my blog got flagged by spam bots... How do
I get to
be able to post to my Blogger account? Why don't they have
like a
customer service dept. How many people are reviewing blogs
mistakenly
flagged, and how long does it take to get my blog back?!

Hi Micheal 
The same thing happened to me - bots, are after all, just that - bots.
You have to write to them to get an early review of your website by a human. After I wrote to them, I think it only took about 3-4 days to release my blog again.
Even though it was completely inconvenient for me to have this happen, I'm still grateful for the precautions that Blogger takes to keep spam away from us all.
Write to them and be patient,
