Yes, and the same thing has happened to me also. The first
time with
one of my blogs it took them 24 hours to get back to me.
The 2nd time
(with another blog) it took them three days to get back to
me and
unblock my blog.
When you sign in to your blog account (as someone already
replied) you
should see that question mark as a clickable link. Click on
it and it
should take you to where you can fill out the form to have
your blog
looked at by "human" eyes.
