That is something which to me is very useful and which I
will never
remove from my blog. But if you insist, refer to
http://blogger-tricks.blogspot.
com/2007/08/remove-pencil-and-screwdriver-and.html
Just skip the arguments why you should not do it and scroll
down to
the bottom of the page, but I recommend you read why you
should keep
it first.

dragging elements where I want them, but they go right back
to where they were!
Sometime I try to drag an element to the bottom of a
section.
Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail. When I fail, I drag
it above
the bottommost element, then drag the bottommost element
above that
one.
If this is not what you are referring to, this is what I
would do if
faced with such situaltions:
For situations like this I like to change to a different
browser

http://blogger-tricks.blogspo

Not guaranteed to work all the time but it has saved my skin
in all
different kind of situations
Some recommend clearing cache and cookies, but I like to
leave that as
last resort as I want to clear cache and cookies at my
chosing, not
when I am forced to. Clearing cache and cookies means you
have to
start with many things all over again and some pages may
take longer
to load.
Other things you can resort to is to report the problem to

Recently I saw Blogger Employee giving the same advice
(changing
browser) I had been consistently giving in this group about
changing
browser:

However, not sure if it solved the problem, but at least you
can try
something.
