How long do newer users have posts moderated?

When someone joins, how long do the posts get moderated? 
Personally,
I think
proxies are where a maority of the spam comes from..

Are people discouraged to post online on forums?  I found a
forum with
a general forum, and they tried to ban me, just for
posting...
Shouldn't normal ppl use forums,unless they wanna be thought
of as a
spammer?

Answer is simple. Everything depend on the moderator or
moderators. If
they are prompt and check frequently, messages get approved
very
quickly. If they are very busy, what do you expect? How can
you get a
fixed answer when everything depend on moderator/s and no
rules are
enforced on them?
