accessing blog

I just created a blog on Saturday, but have not been able to
access it
since then. I created another one yesterday. Same result.
There is no
window where to put my username and password on the
blogger.com page.
I keep getting blogger.com/start. I don't need to create a
blog. I
already have one, but can't get to it!
I've disabled all my security software (fireware,
anti-virus,etc...)
and allowed cookies from google and blogger.com. No luck. I
even
uninstalled the software completely today. To no effect. (I
put it
back since). Does anyone know what's going on?

When you say not able to access it, do you mean when you go
to
blogger.com, you don't get the boxes to enter your username
(email
address) and password? Are you using Opera. Since some
update, I could
no longer sign into Blogger with Opera. See
