Looking for new places to blog-any suggestions?

 I have been froze since 12-3 I am finally giving up-nobody
on the
forums can help and blogger does not respond to any emails-I
am  new
to blogging and very dissappointed-thought this would be a
nice place
to blog to teach the world on how they can build their own
wind
turbine or radio control projects-one nice person
recommended a site
to visit,  but it is for deleted blogs  I am not
deleted-just frozen
because I supposedly am considered spam-2 weeks to get
unblocked is
just a little silly-please let me know any suggestions for
new blog
sites that you may have
