Hello Jordan What has taken the shine off blogger in this
Christmas season is
that it has been blocked from work. I found out why in a
spam post: I am
encountering quite a number of blogspot sites which forward
directly to a
third party site, so you can't flag them in blogger. Any
idea how this can be

Hi That pencil icon likes to play peek-a-boo. Sometimes it's
there, sometimes
it isn't. This has always been the case--since I started
blogging back in the
spring, anyway. If it's not there, just refresh your page,
and voila! There it

Editing & Posting Problem - 7 new

I am new. My first post yesterday worked great. I wrote
another and saved it
as a draft. Today when trying to edit and post it, I went to
edit posts
through the dashboard. Both are listed, and I can check edit
and then open the
document, but clicking anywhere on the document results in
return to the list

my posts to automatically use the date that I actually post
them instead of
the date I first create them. I typically like to save post
ideas as drafts
and may not actually post them until several days or weeks

The pictures width are 200pixels each and the blog is
468pixels, so it
shouldn't have been a problem. I tried making a table in
Frontpage and then
copying the html into blogger, but then when publishing it,
everything goes

full or short? I'm
curious about that issue. Also, I noticed that the tag
syntax in rss.xml is
somewhat different than the example sitemap in the google
webmaster tools help.

add some info to it just now and couldn't; when I press
"Publish," it tells me
the post went up, but my blog shows no changes. I tried

that also doesn't work--all it puts up is the title. I can

the left that used to be at the bottom of the page are at

Can't Publish - Get Error 530 - 1 new

Okay, solved my own problem.... When I switched to the
Google ID, I
encountered a login hitch that made me think I needed to log
in with my
Blogger ID to fix it. Goofing around with the settings, I
changed by FTP
password thinking I was resetting my Blogger ID password
because my FTP and
Blogger ID are the same (strike one). This cause me to get

cannot publish
posts that are longer than about 1800 characters. If I try
posting or saving
it, blogger site disappears - it says: the page is not
