Unable to Post - 1 new

Since 24th Dec I have been unable to publish new posts,
getting the message "
We are sorry, but we were unable to complete your
request" upon hitting the
publish button. This was working fine until yesterday. Have
trawled thru the
forums and tried various suggestions such as emptying cache,
etc. to no avail.

When I use Firefox to use Blogger Beta, all the commands are
in Chinese. I
live in Beijing, but I don't understand why the log in page
is in English and
then everything is in a language I can't read. Indeed, the
log in page asks
what language I want and even after typing in English
(albeit American) my

I cant change my template because when I've juz made a new
blog under the new
blogger, unlike my other blogs on the dashboard which to
change the HTML, the
link is "Template", my link is "Layout".
And I've been trying to change that
HTML but they say, "Your template could not be parsed

Problems publishing pictures within post - 2 new

I have had fits trying to put pictures within my post. I do
it the way you are
supposed to, but it doesn't show up where I put the cursor,
which would be the
logical place for it to appear. It appears at the beginning
of the post and I
have to drag it where I want it, which is a pain. But,
worse, when I put a

HI, thanks, I should have been clearer. I'm talking about
the links that
appear under the dated items in storyreport.blogspot.com. I
pick up stuff from
Nexis and was very pleased, under the new blogger, to NOT
have to copy the
link--I simply did a cut and paste and put it into the post
area and voila--

How can I set historical posting dates? - 2 new

I have a blog presenting the history of an old mountain
cabin in Norway. I
want posts to reflect the historic events, say June 3 1943,
rather than the
actual posting date. But the posting date range does not
allow 4-digit years,
and selecting year "43" brings me into future. Any
idea of how to enter exact
