I can't publish via FTP - 2 new

I am a software developer and my client Phil Goddard
(philgodda... btinternet.
com) can no longer see his published blog entries after
switching to the new
blogger. The switch-over was done on February 10th, after
which no articles
are being received by the FTP folder. Background: Phil has

Yes; immediately after being forced (reluctantly) to switch
to the new version
of blogger. Using another blog which published to
blogspot.com -AOK. Using FTP
- timeout. If you select to continue you get the message
"Your blog published
with errors." Except it didn't publish at all, despite
blogger marking the

Custom Domain not Redirecting - 3 new

Not sure where in there it's supposed to give me any real
information I can
use. I had my registrar enter the CNAME entry and I didn't
see anywhere in
there how the DNS settings were supposed to be changed. It's
just alot of
repeat of what's on the Blogger Help site and it's not well
organized. If you
have any more specific and concise guidance that would be -

Double-check the IP addresses. I've just managed to fix this
after a week and
the issue is that Blogger have added two new ranges to this
list (32 addresses
in all). Allowing firewall access to these immediately
resolved it. [link] -

can't delete the original profile (that i switched with)

updated because there is no "remove" option. i
need this profile deleted and
there is another Admin there. What do i do? Can Blogger

Strange characters inserted when published - 2 new

Hi, I use the blogger panel to post entries to my blog via
FTP. Whenever I
post an apostrophe " ' " or the pound " £
" symbol there are strange
characters inserted in their place. I have tried to insert
these characters
using the HTML view but this makes no difference. As the
files are posted via

Can't upload pictures - 2 new

Since a few weeks I can't upload my pictures anymore. I've
done everything I
could think of, and also what they say in the trouble
shooting. But notting
works. Everytime I want to upload, he tries to connect to

or something and after a few minutes he say's cannot find

Blogger Support,
and the problem still persists. The comment however, appear
in the Dashboard.
But a big problem with this is that there is no link to the
post where the
comment is made when moderating from the Dashboard. This
makes responding to

I posted this before and was asked to clear my cache.
Previously, I cleared my
cache and rebooted my pc for my new entries to appear on my
blog but today
it's not working. No matter how many times I repeat the same
procedure, the
entries are just not showing. I'm not sure if it's my PC
problem or blogger's.
