Empty White Page - 1 new

When I try to create a new Blog I get an empty white page.
When I try to edit
an old post I get also an empty page with the following
mesagge: "Could not
connect to Blogger.com. Saving and publishing may
fail." Emptying the cache
does not help. I am on New Blogger. I had this problem for 6
weeks at least, I

comments to post,
and the little "0 comments" icon is not showing up
on either of my blogs. From
Allowing Post Pages to clicking on all the right radio
buttons in my Settings >
Comments page, I feel like I've done everything I can to

Many blog services today, such as Blogsome and Movable Type
allows auto ping
to any URL. Not Blogger. Neither any of my feeds, such as
feedburner or
autopinger gives me the option to choose all by myself. So,
I guess the
question is just like the headline, when will Blogger allow

Permalinks don't work after conversion - 1 new

I've been having exactly the same problem ever since
switching to new Blogger,
even AFTER changing the Archive URL. In my case, the
permalinks are correct on
my blog, but wrong in my feed. How weird is that? I've

Pictures Showing up after LARGE space - 2 new

I'm usually not picky, but when I want my pictures aligned
correctly I use a
table. In one of my earlier posts I had no trouble, but now
anytime I make a
table and put pictures inside of it I'm getting several
lines of blank space
before the table. I'm not sure what causes it. The table

I think I answered my own question. I was FTPing my blog
entries to an IP
address (a string of numbers). When I changed the FTP server
to bluecorncomics.
com, which is equivalent to the IP address, it worked. So IP
addresses worked
under the old Blogger but may not under the new Blogger. -

Maybe yOu urself are a little bit peculiar to the characters

hit a phantom key
and "POOF" my draft is gone! I was reluctant to
