Formatting Problems - 3 new

I wanted to post a document to my blog but when I cut and
paste from Microsoft
Word, the formatting is lost. In the microsoft word document
I have used tabs,
spaces and tables, so when I copy the document from MS Word

My entire group is getting error messages when they try to
