Trailing slash not saved in archive? - 4 new

In my blog [link] the previous posts seem to have the right
URL when hovering
over the link and checking the URL that appears in the
bottom of the browser.
But then when clicking the link a trailing slash goes
missing, so the brower
starts looking for a domain called [link]. Any idea what's
going on there and

Will monthly archives effect search engine traffic - 2 new

I recently added a calendar to my blog which required me to
change my archives
from weekly to monthly. Its a little early to tell but I
think I am seeing a
decrease in traffic. So I am wondering if archiving monthly
is going to have a
bad effect on how often I come up in the search engines. -

no that's clear. I know how I can add an additional border
since I've done the
whole CSS design of my blog by starting from zero. You
mentioned that they
seem to overlap. That could be of course a reason, however
take a look at the #
header CSS style: ... height:65px; width:100%;

Publishing confirmed but nothing written to ftp server? - 1

I just created a blog using ftp because I have my own
webpage and hosting
through godaddy.com. Whenever I click publish it always
gives me a
confirmation message that it was successful, however the
file I specified is
never written to my ftp server. Further, when I click view
blog it always
comes up as "page cannot be found". Any help would

I am experiencing this problem, 2 days now. I use
Host4Profit as a host. I
FTP'd my blog site through Internet Explorer and everything
seemed fine. It is
just that Blogger is not updating the files for some reason.
We all have
different hosts so my first inclination would be that
something has changed

Saving template without changing anything fails! - 2 new

First I was trying to add the Feedburner code in the
Template, but when I was
saving it gave me bx- error messages. Unfortunately I did
not save those.
After that I tried a different browser, selected EDIT HTML,
Expanded Widgets,
did nothing to the template, and pressed SAVE. I get the

I used a custom domain: XXXXXX.com, instead of the typical
XXXXX.blogspot.com .
Now, I want to use the 2nd one again, but it still takes me
to the custom
domain XXXXX.com , so I get an error. It's configured to go
there, not to
another site. However, it will take u to
