Comment "remember-me" duration units?

Just checking:  In 3.0 I see the property "Duration
before comment 
"remember me" cookies expire (ms)".  I've
always thought it was also in 
minutes (not sure /why/ I think that, now that I come to
think of it) so 
I would just like to confirm that it /is/ milliseconds and
not something 
else.

Actually, it's seconds in looking again at the Cookie
class. I've updated
the messages file to reflect this.
