3.0 Plugins

I want to add the showmemore plugin to the plugin path in a
3.0 setup. 
What is the equivalent in the DB of plugin.properties?  The
"Plugin" 
table just seems to list the plugin chains for the various
flavors, but 
how do I establish the mapping in the first place?  Does
showmemore 
still work in 3.0 or does it still need some work?

I might want to add a plugin or two of my own later, and I
guess the 
same question would apply there...

Hmmmm, I thought I had converted the Show Me More plugin to
the 3.0
codebase, but I guess not. I'll work on that this week.
