The rss-enclosure one should be enough to add the right bits
for the
enclosure element in the feed.

Why it's not showing up in your RSS 2.0 feed seems to
indicate that the
enclosure meta-data isn't set for the entry? I just tested
it locally and I
got the following in my RSS 2.0 feed:

                        <item>
            <title>Testing enclosure URL</title>
            ...

                        <enclosure
url="http://loki.stockton.edu/~ken/podcasts/wendelwhite.mp3
"
length="19353727"
type="audio/x-mpeg" />        </item>

I just used the URL to that MP3 in the add entry screen's
RSS Enclosure
section. Unlike some blog software, blojsom does not
automatically link MP3s
or other audio/video files as enclosures.
