Blojsom 3.0, Ecto and Pictures

Works for me.

RE: 1) In the settings (applied to each category), I have
"Encode
HTML-entities" unchecked and "Convert line
breaks ..." checked under
Preprocessing and "Adjust post time" set to -4
hours.

RE: 2) Uploads are still stored in resources/(blog-id)/.
