Problem With post_via_blogger_API Permission - w.bloggar

All my successful use of w.bloggar so far has been with a
user whose
permissions=*.  Adding a user and giving her
post_via_blogger_API
results in the XMLRPC method permissions error when whe logs
into
w.bloggar.  It's doesn't seem to be an account or XMLRPC
setup problem:
if I upgrade her permissions to * (and nothing more) she can
get in and
post successfully. I was hoping it was a permissions
spelling problem
(initially, I forgot to capitalize "API"), but no
go.

Is there some additional permission I have to provide?

Have you tried giving them the following permissions:

    post_via_blogger_api
    post_via_metaweblog_api

I'm just wondering if maybe w.bloggar is defaulting to use
MetaWeblog API in
setup.
