confusion:problems with permissions and plugins

It'd help to see more of the log file on startup to see what JDBC/DB errors are occuring. I imagine that's where your problems are. If you could make a log file available at some site or post relevant snippets here, it'd be appreciated.

I did instalation as it is suggested.
My blojsom works but I have problems with costumization.
I ve tried to set some permissions for someusers but they are not working propely.
I ve realised that for some permissions I have to setup some plugins... so I did it. Permissions still dont work.

I have also a problem with adding blogs...
When I add a new blog ...it is showen in delete combobox  but  I cannot access him...there is no error message..ther is no anything...
Blog egsists in blog table in database but user that is created along with him dont; the directory of that new blog does not egsist...
Only my default blog is working properly.

I dont have idea what can be wrong with it.
When I start tomcat I have some errors...

How to set permissions and some plugins right?

I would like to know more aboth the way the blojsom works so I can get familer with these thigs...if there is any useful introduction it would be great.
