blog statistics problem

hi  ive tried to install blog statistics plug in on blojsom
2.31  ive follow
the instructions more than 10 times  i went to the mapppings
section  and i
saw a list with the available plug ins  y blog statistics 
is in there  how
can i make  work inside mi blog  where anybody can see it 
tahnk you  for 
your time 
im  using tomcat 5.0.28
