One possible path for migration might be using the Feed
Import plugin:

3/Feed+Import+Plugin>
If you want even more control over how things get moved from
your old DB to
the blojsom DB, you could map your own SQL migration script.
For external references, you could employ Apache mod_rewrite
or possibly use
the URL rewrite filter ( http://tuckey.org/urlre
write/ ).
For search/indexing, I'd say that just re-submitting your
site for indexing
should do the trick.
