How to create a Google Sitemap for your blog

I was all set to create a plugin to generate a Google
Sitemap when it 
occurred to me that a flavor could do it much more simply.

Nice work. 

I'd probably enable the caching fetcher for something like
this since you're
retrieving all entries.
