No external access from Tiger Server

Hello--



Admittedly, I need some serious assistance.



I've set up a weblog on our server and it can be seen from
all of the computers on the local network.



However, when trying to access the weblog over the internet
the page hangs when loading.



Once last night I was able to get the blog to come through
but it was in mainly plain text - no graphics at all - I am
using the standard templates.



Do I have some permissions issue at work or something else?

It sounds like an issue with Apache.

But then I seem to remember awhile back that the performance
cache option or
something in the server, whatever makes it use the port
16080 (I think), can
cause problems like this. Maybe I'm thinking of something
else like XML-RPC
where it caused problems.
