Still confused, but I'll drop it. Guess I don't understand
where the list
of users or blogs - the one containing blogs we don't have -
is being loaded
or calculated from. As an example, at one point we had a
user called
'temptest' and had a test blog for that user. Today - no
blog for the user
(and no user).
