tagging entries

Hello.  I'm using blojsom 2.30 and I am curious as to how to
tag an
entry.  By tag, I mean that I want to associate tag-keywords
with the
entry.  I would like to be able to tag an entry with zero or
many
tags, and then search by the tags.  I guess the tag cloud
plugin
provides a sort of searching based upon tags, but I couldn't
find
anywhere in the interfaces to add the tags to entries in the
first
place?
