MonthlyArchive macro doesn't append a slash

I use the MonthlyArchive macro
(plugins/src/org/blojsom/plugin/velocity/page-macros.vm),
but the output it
generated, it doesn't append the slash at the BlogURL

#BlogURL()$year/#if($month < 10)$padding#end$month/
$BLOJSOM_CALENDAR.getMonthName($calMonth) $year 

Comparing to other macros, they append a slash after the
BlogURL()

Actually the blog-user-url is http://blog.
claudius.com.br/blog/claudio
without the slash
If I put the slash at the end, every link will have double
slash.

Does the MonthlyArchive need to append the slash ?
