Math Comment Moderation Plugin

I’ll take a look using a fresh install this weekend following setup for the math comment moderation to see if there̵7;s an issue.

I just enabled the math comment moderation plug-in, but it doesn̵7;t really work.  Even if I enter the correct answer, the comment is not added.
