As for what properties are set: Probably not without writing
a plugin to
give you that information.

As for what properties can be set: That's also an
interesting idea for a
plugin. It could fire off an event to "ask" the
other plugins for what
properties can be set and possibly a (dare I even say,
localized)
description for each property.
