IE Browser cahce problem

set your browser's cache prefs. In ff it's under tools >
options (win)
or the Firefox menu in mac.

Or if you want to try and change the headers in the VM
template you
can do that. I would try with a meta:

<meta http-equiv="Pragma"
content="no-cache"/>
