As a workaround, you could write a plugin that put a date in the future into the context for the following:
context.put(BlojsomConstants.BLOJSOM_LAST_MODIFIED , new Long(someDateInTheFuture));

I was looking more for some documentat ion/diagrams of your core which brings all these pieces (plugins etc..) together. I could always look at your code, but was wondering if there is any shortcut..
