Trackbacks to others

Hi.

I think I have an understanding problem.

When others comments on my posts, I see their trackbacks
inside my comments.

However, I don't know how to quote others and appear in
their trackbacks...

What do I have to do in blojsom so that my trackbacks to
appear in other
people blogs?

Actually, I want to be able to pingback other people blogs
when I'm
mentioning their posts in my blog.
How to do that?
I place the link in my blog, but nothing happens, I never
get into their
comments. 
Any help?
